I have had a great weekend with Terri and Corey. On Friday night went to Scouts where I am one of the leaders of our pack. I had a training meeting with Paul our Group Scout Leader and he is my training adviser. I have done loads of bits an pieces since starting as a leader. While in the training meeting with Paul I managed to get 10 areas marked as complete out of the 18 I need to become a fully trained scout leader. Paul is wanting me to get my "wood Badge" which us ti say I have completed my training by the end of this year. So I am over the moon with this. I came home and me, Terri and Corey had a lovely Pizza supper and watched Torchwoods 1st episode we recorded in the week. Was a bit scary but was excellent.

Got up Saturday morning waas sunny and warm so I decided to take our Corey to our Cinema to see Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince. We used to have our cinema cards but cancelled them last year when myself and Terri wernt 100%. So I went to pay for the tickets sent our Corey out of the way while I got the tickets as he is now taller than me but is still only 13 I would have had to get 2 adult tickets as I didnt have any proof of his age with me. It cost £13 for our tickets. Got excellent seats though. I said what would he like to eat and he said popcorn and a drink, so I got a food deal still cost £7. Twenty quid gone in less than 5 mins. How mad! I will definately be getting my cinema card back as only £13.50 and can go as many times as I like. (So with my upcoming surgery to my arm will be off work for about 2.5 - 3 months off work need something to do) So me and CJ can go when we want to. Harry Potter was amazing, the special effects and the story line is mint. The cinema was packed out, Harry and the gang are looking good. Harmiony Granger is so beautiful. Ron and Harry are still very funny together and the others are looking ok. Including the fat bad lad who has just been in court for growing weed at his mums house. The Film was absolutely amazing made me jump a few times during the film. Very, very good well worth seeing. :-)

Went got few odds and ends at Asda for tea and went back home. Watched a bit of tv and a few more eps of Torchwood getting rather dark. then went to bed.

Got up Sunday morning and was still Sunny. We got ready then went out in our hire car a brand new Ford Focus car as my car has got a cars version of Swine Flu. Terri Hates the new car with a passion, as got no space at all. We went for a ride for lunch and to see what happening. We got a few vouchers for KFC so went there and had a lovely lunch and ice creams afterwards. We then drove along the sea front in Sunderland as it has such beautiful views and was a lovely day.

I was at my friends wedding party last night. What a party!! they had a live band called Loudmouth who play punk rock. They were amazing. My friends son Ryan ended up being asked to join the band to play base with them and Nick (the groom) ended up singing with the group. It was so loud ears ringing still this morning.

I have known Sharren since I was 3 when we both went to school together. We both had the same sort of challenges through growing up as we both have differing disabilities. But we are both stronger people for this.

It was great seeing her being so happy and married. Nick is an amazing bloke and has taken Sharrens son as his own. He was so proud anouncing that his son was going to be playing with Loudmouth. I ended up working with him for a while. Until work let him go as he asked for time off work so could take part in Britains Got Tallent ( which I thought was pretty low) He is a really nice bloke.

Nick and Sharren ended up being in the live semi finals of Britains got tallent as they are performance artists. If you had the pleasure of seeing them perform with chains in their ears swinging things around on the chains and playing with chainsaws. They were told by mr Cowell that they were disgusting. I thought it was so funny and from the heart LMFAO.

At their wedding yesteray the local press turned up at the wedding to do a follow up story of the BGT thing. Sharren and Nick are waiting to hear about a couple of deals and have been signed up now by a tallent agent so Nick being let go could be a blessing in disguise.

Sharren looked great in her cream and maroon wedding dress and Nick looked rather swarve in his gear. I am wishing them all the best for the future.

I also bumped in to a load of other people I havent seen for years. Miss Frazer my art and form teacher from school 20 years since last seen her. She is still looking good and now a head teacher in a special school in Gateshead threatened to be closed. Great seeing her. Lee mate from cubs 28 years ago. Lee from college with partner and a 3 year old little sweety called Ellie. How small is this world and weird that we all know each other. see ya !!

I am off to see the solicitors doctor this afternoon. So he can check me out so he can then write a report on how the accident has affected me. Once this has then been done I need to wait approx 6 weeks to get a copy to check over and then send off to see what I may be entitled to. I am awaiting to go back in to hospital to go and get more surgery on my cabbaged hand which has been in plaster since last october, when the loo decided to collapse on top of me :-) I can see the funny side now !!!

Had another MINT DAY today Went climbing got a way off the ground. Which I never thought I would be able to do. :-D

I have been gorge walking today. It was amazing. I first had to squeeze into a drysuit. Not a pretty site. I tell you I am never going to be able to be in to bondage and gimp suits. It takes too long to put on. I loved it. Apart from being man handled by our french guide to get me out. I really appreciated the assistance. due to ,my artificial leg being very boiant and kept floating so could not stand up. Thank the lord for my life jacket :-)will list all my photos so can have a look to see what me and corey did.

Hi all just to let you know am in morillon France. It is so hot. Just been riding around today on the coach dropping off the scouts at their different activities. 2x groups @ mountain hut where i was supposed to be but there is so much snow on the mountain they need a 4wdrive car to get me up there. so  my group will be back tomorrow :-). Corey enjoying himsellf. I am over the moon as i didnt think could do gourge diving but michell the guide said i will be able to do this and instead of walking up they will pick me up and drive me back up to the coach :-D. Morillon is so beautiful the ranges are amazing fallen in love with the place only been here a day. My Chambre (bedroom) in the place where we are staying is so cool my own on sweet. I was ill laughing my head off I nearly wet myself when jonathan was trying to expain to the guest house owner about my disability. He tried Disabled, infirm, tried walking funny then pretended he was in a wheelchair.

Terri went away last Friday to Camp Sparkle down in Derby at Ebinezers Chapel it has been converted to sleep 25 people. I dropped her off down there and came home. Me and corey have been having a lads week while Terri has been away. I cant wait to see her tomorrow morning when I go to pick her up. Its been strange her not being at home. She will be back at home and next Friday me and Corey are off to Morillon in France for a weeks adventure holiday with the Scouts. I cant wait. It is the first holiday abroad since I was 14. My passport photo not very good I look like an undesirable. Hope they let me back in lol.

Terri is a pain she frightened the living crap out of me last night. lying in bed is a sound sleep I was awoken to a god awfull racket. I jumped up thought we were being burgled. I turned sound off tv upstairs thinking it was my tv. but no. By this time I was concerned sneaking down the stairs the noise was going on and off making me think someone was there. It was my loving partners PC Cobra webcam they decided to JAM at 1am uk time not sure what time where they are but the pc speakers turned up full volume. NOT HAPPY FACE. Terri pissing herself laughing as the look of shear terror on my face. WHAT A MUPPET!!!!!!

My pc at wk is only working at half the speed and is taking ages to do anything really doing my head in. Will be glad once 7pm comes as i can go home and watch the pc.

Our room is ok in hotel. TV snowy with metro line 20 feet from our window :-( with no net curtain and remote not working. Had great meal last night. Breakfast was amazing. just watched fast and furious this morning. will keep you updated :-) pictionary was fun
